การใช้ don’t และ doesn’t ในประโยคปฏิเสธ

do + not / does + not ใช้เป็นคำปฏิเสธใน present simple tense

ประธานพหูพจน์ (I, you, we, they, cats): ใช้ "don't" ตามด้วยกริยาช่อง 1

ตัวอย่าง:
I don't like coffee.
(ฉันไม่ชอบกาแฟ)

You don't go to work.
(คุณไม่ได้ไปทำงาน)

We don't rain today.
(เราไม่ชอบฝน)

They don't like durians.
(พวกเขาไม่ชอบทุเรียน)

Cats don’t sleep on the roof.
(แมวทั้งหลายไม่นอนบนหลังคา)

ประธานเอกพจน์ (he, she, it, a cat): ใช้ "doesn't" ตามด้วยกริยาช่อง 1

ตัวอย่าง:
He doesn't like chocolate.
(เขาไม่ชอบช็อกโกแลต)

She doesn't go to work.
(เธอไม่ได้ไปทำงาน)

It doesn't rain today.
(วันนี้ฝนไม่ตก)

A dog doesn’t eat rice.
(สุนัขไม่กินข้าว)
